HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE | |
1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate 1 to 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil In blender mix egg, salt, mustard, vinegar and lemon juice. With blender running on whip, slowly pour in vegetable oil. While pouring in oil you should see mayonnaise getting thick. If it does not get thick you poured the oil too fast. |
