SCOTCH TEAS 
3/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix ingredients by hand. Shape into small balls, indent and put jelly or a nut or a cherry. Bake 300 degrees for 20 minutes. To the mixture above, you can add nuts. Roll into balls or crescents. Bake then roll into confectioners sugar.
