SPAGHETTI SAUCE
 
3 broccoli stems, peeled & cut into sm. slices
1 banana pepper, sliced
1 lg. carrot, shredded
2 white onions, finely diced
1 yellow sweet pepper, finely diced
1 green sweet pepper, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 skinned fresh tomatoes, finely diced
1 lg. stalk of celery, finely sliced
2 stalks of bok choy, sliced & diced
4 lg. mushrooms, sliced or diced
1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. white wine (more or less, according to your taste)
1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 c. of olive oil
Pepper
