SALAMI SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tender quick salt
1 c. water

Mix thoroughly and roll into 3 even-sized rolls. Wrap in foil and tie ends with string. Refrigerate 3 days. Boil 1 hour. (Place in cold water - start timing when water is boiling.)
