HAM, CHEESE AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked ham, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 c. cooked potatoes, diced
1 tbsp. pimento (optional)
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. half and half cream

Combine ham, potatoes and pimento in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Make cheese sauce by heating half and half and adding cheese until creamy. Stir constantly. Pour over ham mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
