CREAM DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
4 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt chocolate and butter; cool slightly. Beat eggs, add to chocolate mixture. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and flour; beat for 1 minute.

Pour into pan and bake 20-25 minutes. They will be fudgy. Let cool.

FILLING:

1/2 c. butter, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. green cream de menthe
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Cream butter and sugar; add creme de menthe and milk and mix well. Spread over base and chill well.
