HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper

Combine all above ingredients. Butter casserole. Put all above mixture in the casserole. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour (until bubbly).

What is leftover freezes well or you can make some in separate dish for freezing.
