HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup 12 oz. grated cheese 1 sm. onion 1 tsp. salt 8 oz. sour cream 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes 1/2 c. melted butter Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes, top with crushed Corn Flakes and drizzle with melted butter over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
