VEGETABLE CHICKEN MEDLEY | |
1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, thawed & drained 1 can cream of potato soup 1 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese 1/4 c. milk 2 c. chicken, cubed 1 can Durkees fried onions 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt Cook chicken breasts and cut up in cubes. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, pepper. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish, bake covered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered, 5 minutes longer. |
