SOUR CREAM CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1/2 dozen flour tortillas (6-8 inch size)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
Chunk grated Longhorn cheese
1-2 c. cooked chicken

Mix together everything but cheese and tortillas. Layer in casserole chicken mixture, shredded cheese and tortillas (torn in bite-size pieces). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Can make and slow cook in crock pot.
