SIX WEEK MUFFINS | |
1 (16 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal 3 c. sugar 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 c. melted shortening or oil 4 beaten eggs 1 qt. buttermilk Mix first 5 ingredients together thoroughly. Add liquid ingredients. Mix all together thoroughly. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Store dough in refrigerator in covered container for 6 weeks. |
