“APPLE CRISP” IS IN:

APPLE CRISP 
8 c. apples, sliced
2/3 cup butter
1 c. all purpose flour
1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg, optional
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Arrange apples in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender.

Serve warm with vanilla or maple walnut ice cream.
