NORWEGIAN HONEY CAKE | |
4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. honey 1 c. raisins with 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. cloves 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. orange rind, finely chopped Beat together eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased and floured angel food cake pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Cool 55 minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle the cake with confectioners' sugar.
