SWEET SOUR CHICKEN 
1 broiler-fryer, cut up
1/2 bottle (8 oz.) Russian dressing (dark red kind)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 jar (10 oz.) apricot preserves
Water

Put chicken pieces in shallow baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix, and preserves with small amount of water. Pour over chicken and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
