AUBURN'S RED CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
8 oz. Russian dressing
8 oz. raspberry or apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Cut chicken breasts in half and place in bottom of shallow pan. Mix dressing, preserves and soup mix together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered, then 30 minutes covered. Serve with rice.
