SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 broiler fryer (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) cut up
1/2 bottle (8 oz. size) Russian dressing (dark red kind)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 jar (10 oz. size) apricot preserves
Sm. amount of water

Put chicken in shallow baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with small amount of water. Pour over chicken and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender. Good with cooked rice and green vegetables. Makes 4 servings.
