CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 sm. (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/8 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. ground cranberries
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 unpared orange, ground

Drain pineapple and use liquid with water for gelatin. Combine with sugar and lemon juice. Heat until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add ground pineapple, cranberries, celery, orange and nuts. Chill.

The cranberries grind up best frozen or partially frozen. I use the food processor to grind up cranberries, celery, orange.
