PISTACHIO INSIDE OUTSIDE CAKE 
Cake:

1 package white cake mix
1 package Jello Pistachio Instant Pudding
3 eggs
1 cup Sprite, Mtsp. Dew, or Ski
1 cup oil

Frosting:

1 small box Jello Pistachio Instant Pudding
1/4 cup confections sugar
1 cup cold milk
3 1/2 cups or 1 (8 ounce) container Cool whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts

To prepare the cake blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.

Bake in a floured 10 inch tube pan at 350°F for 50 minutes. Cool on rack.

To make the frosting combine pudding, sugar and milk in a bowl. Beat at low speed until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on top and sides of cooled cake or may split cake into 3 layers. Spread about 1 cup between layers, spoon rest into center and on top and sides. Garnish with chopped nuts and store in refrigerator.
