Cake:

1 devil's food cake mix
1 egg
1 box chocolate pudding mix
1 (12 oz.) bag of chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. chocolate milk

Mix all ingredients well for 2 minutes.

Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes. Ice when cooled.

Fudge Icing:

1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 box confectioners sugar
2 stick softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. milk (more if needed)

Stir ingredients together and whip until smooth.
