1 jar (4 oz.) pimento, drained and diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box macaroni and cheese

Cook macaroni following package directions. Drain and return macaroni to pan and immediately stir contents of cheese packet as directed into hot macaroni. Blend well. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with macaroni. Toss well with fork.
