WILD RICE AND BACON CASSEROLE 
2 c. wild rice
1 med. onion, diced finely
1 lg. bacon, diced
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of onion soup

Wash rice; boil 20-25 minutes in salted water; drain. Fry bacon and onions; drain. Add all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix together well. Place in crock pot and cook on low overnight or all day.
