HUMMUS BI TAHINI 
2 cans chick peas (14 oz. each)
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Pita bread
Parsley (for garnish)

Put aside a number of chick peas to use as a garnish. Using meat grinder, grind remaining chick peas. In blender, puree onion and garlic in lemon juice. Add chick peas. Mix chick pea, onion, garlic, lemon puree and tahini in a mixing bowl. Add salt to taste.

Put dip in flat dish and garnish with chick peas and/or parsley as desired. Serve with pieces of warmed pita bread.
