POTATO PIZZA BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
4 c. thin sliced potatoes
1 med. onion
1 can Cheddar cheese soup and 1 can milk (scant, mixed together)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
6 oz. Mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger and onions. Place potatoes in baking dish. Put hamburger on top of potatoes. Mix cheese soup until smooth. Pour over hamburger layer. Do not stir. Add oregano, sugar, salt and pepper to tomato sauce and pour over all layers. Do not stir. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, covered. Take out and put cheese on top and return to oven for 15 minutes.

Most of the time I omit the Parmesan cheese and add more Mozzarella cheese as we like that better.

Kathy adds 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
