6 tbsp. flour
8 thsp. corn starch
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
10 c. milk (8 c. if pie)
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 to 5 tbsp. cocoa to dry ingredients for chocolate
2 c. of coconut for coconut, omit vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk, heat add butter continue to cook until thick then beat eggs well and add slowly to pudding mixture beating while adding egg. Add vanilla last.

Add approximately 4 tablespoons of dry coconut to dry ingredients for chocolate pudding.
