PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) plus 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Bake cake mix as on box in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. As it cools, blend cream cheese and pineapple together. Spread over cooled cake. Make pudding as on box, then spread on top of pineapple mix. Top with Cool Whip, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
