PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 lg. cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Prepare cake in a 9"x13" pan according to directions. Cool and set aside. Drain pineapple well. Mix the milk and cream cheese until smooth, slowly add pudding mix directly from package. Blend well. Spread this mixture over cooled cake. Sprinkle the drained pineapple on top. Spread the Cool Whip on top.
