CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. onion, chopped 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped 2 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz.) bag Tortilla chips 1 c. cooked chicken or turkey 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 c. ripe olives, chopped Sm. amount of butter Combine onion, soup, sour cream, chilies in blender. In a 9"x13" pan, layer half the chips, soup, cheese, meat, olives. Repeat and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
