FREEZER SLAW 
Slaw:

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Dressing:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. whole mustard seed
2 c. sugar

Slaw: Mix salt with cabbage and let stand for 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture and add carrot and green pepper. Let stand.

Dressing: Boil ingredients for 1 minute and let cool to lukewarm. Pour over cabbage mixture.
