STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box strawberry supreme cake mix or white cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 box (small) strawberry Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
4 eggs
1 lg. box frozen strawberries, drained

Mix together cake mix, eggs 2 at a time and oil. Add strawberry Jello with 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 box drained strawberries to cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Before icing, let layers cool completely. Punch holes in cake layers and spoon juice from strawberries onto layers.

ICING:

1 stick softened butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Cream together and add other half of drained strawberries. Icing will be pale pink. Add a little red food coloring if desired.
