THREE SPICE NOODLES 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. uncooked saimin noodles
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. hot mustard powder
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/3 c. char siu, slivered
1/8 c. green onions, thinly slivered

Cook and drain saimin noodles. Mix noodles and vegetable and sesame oils together to prevent noodles sticking. Mix catsup, mustard and curry together to make a paste. Add paste to noodles; toss to mix well. Garnish with char siu and green onions.

This dish may be served hot or cold. If cold noodles are desired, run cold water over the cooked noodles first.
