FRUIT PRESERVES 
2 c. whole raspberries or blueberries or chopped ripe strawberries, peaches,
or apricots
1/4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Preparation 2 minutes, cook 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients in 2 quart liquid measuring cup. Microwave uncovered on high power for 5 minutes. Stir and let cool completely. Jam will thicken as it cools. Makes 1 1/2 cups. (19 calories per 2 tbsp.).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
