SWEET/SOUR COLESLAW | |
3 lbs. sliced cabbage, chopped 2 med. onions, chopped 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 1 c. oil 1 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. celery seed 2 tsp. salt In a large bowl, cover cabbage, green pepper, onion with 1/2 cup sugar; set aside. In a saucepan add oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper, dry mustard, celery seed and salt. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand to cool. Pour over cabbage. |
