GARLIC STEAK AU POIVRE 
1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb. top round steak

In small bowl, combine A-1, oil, garlic, and pepper. In non-metal dish, pour marinade over steak. Cover, chill at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Grill or broil steak, brushing with remaining marinade, to desired doneness. Serves 4.
