POTATO GNOCCHI WITH GORGONZOLA
SAUCE
 
6 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
1 small carton whipping cream
1 tbsp. butter
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh gnocchi can be found at most grocery stores. Fix according to package directions.

To make the sauce, mash the Gorgonzola and butter together and put into a pan to melt over a gentle heat, then stir in the cream and season with black pepper. Pour over the gnocchi and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
