2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
Butter the size of an egg
8 - 10 egg yolks, beaten well

Mix all ingredients together. Boil until thick, stirring constantly. Note: Can be canned.
