1 pkg. Lipton onion mix
1/4 c. oil
6 to 8 medium potatoes

Scrub and peel off potatoes. Dice into bite-size pieces with skin on. Mix oil and onion mix together. In lined baking pan, place potatoes; pour oil and onion mix mixture over potatoes.

Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
