3 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 stick cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. whole cloves
Apples

Tie spices in bag. Combine sugar, water and vinegar and bring to a boil. Add apples and cook until apples are tender. Pack into sterilized jars. Seal.
