APPLE PICKLES 
Apples
Stick cinnamon
Sugar
Water
Vinegar

O ne gallon apples, 1 stick cinnamon, six to eight cups sugar, three cups water, and four cups vinegar. Heat sugar and spices until sugar dissolves. Then cool it. Add apples to juice and let stand overnight. Then heat and can. (By following the recipe the apples come out perfect - no wrinkles on the peels).
