SOUPER SKILLET PASTA | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 env. dry beef flavor mushroom or onion-mushroom soup mix 1 (16 oz.) box uncooked med. shell macaroni 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, undrained 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese 2 c. water 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms In large skillet or electric frying pan, brown the hamburger; drain. Add soup mix, oregano, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil, then stir in macaroni and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in Parmesan and top with mozzarella cheese. Makes 6 healthy servings. |
