POPEYE'S PASTA 
Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to make.

1 (15 oz.) can spinach
4 or 5 rounded tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (more if desired)
1 (16 oz.) box pasta of choice (works best with spaghetti)
1/4 cup olive oil (more if desired)
salt and pepper, to taste (if desired)

COOKWARE REQUIRED:

1 large pasta pot
1 large/deep skillet or wok
1 strainer
1 large serving bowl or platter
1 spatula (works better than spoon for stirring and flipping spinach)
1 pasta/spaghetti spoon/server

Drain spinach. Cook pasta according to package directions. While boiling/cooking pasta cook spinach in olive oil. Do not brown; cook evenly stirring often. Let spinach simmer on low while draining pasta.

Mix pasta into spinach. Now brown it all lightly. Remove from heat. Add in half of Parmesan cheese. Place in large serving bowl or on platter. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
