VEGETARIAN CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. butter 3 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots & onions 2 c. wild rice, cooked Melt butter; add flour and stir. Add milk and stir until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add frozen vegetables and wild rice. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Other vegetables can be added like beans, peas, corn, carrots and broccoli. |
