GRILLED LAMB CHOPS 
4 (1" thick) lamb chops
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place chops in shallow dish. Combine oil, lemon, olives and seasonings. Pour over lamb chops. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning once. Grill until desired degree of doneness. Heat marinade in saucepan and pour over chops before serving.
