1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. hot water

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa. Stir in milk and butter, mix until smooth. Blend in nuts. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa which has been mixed together over the batter. Pour hot water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
