FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. slat
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 inch square pan. Sift INTO pan flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Blend together in bowl, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Add to mixture in pan and stir well. Mix together in small bowl 1/4 cup cocoa and brown sugar. Sprinkle evenly atop batter in pan. Pour hot water over all in pan. DO NOT STIR. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
