HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
1 c. all-purpose flour
7 tbsp. cocoa, divided
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1 1/4 c. hot water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour and 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, melted butter and vanilla, beat until smooth. Pour batter in square pan 9 x 9 x 2 inches. In small bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.

Pour hot water over top, do not stir. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top.
