SWEET POTATO DELISH 
2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 tbsp. melted butter
Nutmeg

Combine sweet potatoes with 1 1/2 cups of the pineapple, salt, butter, and brown sugar. Turn into a casserole. Sprinkle top with nutmeg and garnish with remaining crushed pineapple. Bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
