4 sticks Parkay, at room temperature (can use diet) 1 c. buttermilk 3/4 c. Crisco (or canola oil) 1/2 tsp. salt Place in large bowl and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Put in containers and store in the refrigerator. This makes almost 2 pounds. If you use the ingredients in the parenthese this will be very low in fat. Really tastes good, but is not very good to cook with, and is wonderful on toast and such. |
