TUNA FISH SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) can tuna in spring water
1 rib celery
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dry basil or Italian seasoning
1 dash garlic powder
Dash pepper
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. safflower oil

Serve on a bed of lettuce or on French bread as a sandwich. 2 servings.
