TUNA FISH SALAD 
2 cans tuna, drained
1 (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Salad greens

Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend sour cream, lemon juice, Italian dressing, salt and pepper. Add to tuna. Chill. Serve on greens. Top with pecans.
