TIGER COOKIES 
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 c. powdered skim milk, unprepared
2 3/4 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins

Cream first 6 ingredients. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix and drop by teaspoons on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
